Services should be easy and quick to get and joined up and not need a lot of forms to be filled in

People should be able to get meaningful employment at the proper rates of pay

People should be able to live healthy lives and have access to local health services

People should be able to move about easily at a price that is affordable

Carers should be treated as partners in the planning and delivery of services

Discrimination will not be tolerated

People should have a real say in what they do and what happens to them

Services should be more accountable to those who use them

Services should be flexible
