We operate with the following structure:
- The Partnership Board will have an annual work program
- The full partnership board shall consist of all stakeholders and will meet 4 times a year
- A small core/steering group which will be responsible for managing the work of the Partnership Board and its sub-groups
- The Partnership Board will have a number of sub-groups which will take forward the development, modernisation and improvement of services e.g. person-centered services, employment, transport, NSF long term conditions, deaf services
- These sub groups are likely to meet a maximum of monthly during their lifetime; some groups might be time limited - each sub-group will have a Chair
- The Partnership Board will have a Chair, as an interim measure this will be the Service Manager, Community Care - in the short to medium term a Co-Chair who is a disabled service user will be identified - in the long term the Board will be chaired by a service user
- The Board will be supported by a Partnership Board Development Worker, whose principal role will be to support the inclusion of service users and carers in the work of the Board
